We stand behind Tanorra Tanning Capsules with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee because we are confident they will work for you. Please note that the 30-day guarantee period begins from the date you receive your order, not the date of purchase.

How Our Guarantee Works

Eligible for Full Refund:

✓ Unopened Products ONLY — Full refund for any completely unopened and sealed bottles returned within 30 days of receiving your order

✓ Original Condition Required — Products must be in original, factory-sealed condition with all security seals intact

✓ Proof of Purchase — Must include original order number and receipt

NOT Eligible for Refund:

✗ ANY Opened Products — Once a bottle's seal has been broken or the cap has been removed, it cannot be returned for any reason. This policy is in place for health, safety, and hygiene reasons — we cannot resell or verify the contents of opened supplement products

✗ Partially Used Products — No refunds on products that have been used, even if only once

✗ Missing Seals — Products with broken, removed, or tampered safety seals are not eligible for return

✗ Returns After 30 Days — All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

✗ Products from Unauthorized Sellers — Only products purchased directly from tanorra.com or authorized retailers are eligible

✗ Damaged or Altered Products — Products showing signs of damage, tampering, or modification beyond factory condition

✗ Bundle Deals with Opened Items — If you purchased a multi-bottle bundle and opened ANY bottle, the entire bundle becomes non-returnable

Before You Open Your Product

ONCE YOU OPEN YOUR TANORRA BOTTLE, THE PRODUCT IS YOURS — NO EXCEPTIONS.

Before opening your Tanorra bottle, please:

✓ Inspect the packaging — Make sure you received the correct product

✓ Verify your order — Confirm the quantity and product match your order

✓ Review the ingredients — Check for any known allergies or sensitivities

✓ Read the usage instructions — Understand how to take the capsules correctly

If anything is wrong with your unopened order, contact us immediately BEFORE opening.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will replace damaged products at no cost or provide a full refund.

How to Return Unopened Products

Step 1: Email mycustomersupport.247@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the product is completely unopened and sealed

Step 2: Wait for return authorisation and further instructions

Step 3: Ship unopened products back in original packaging

Step 4: Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and verifying unopened condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using trackable shipping for your protection. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Bundle & Multi-Bottle Orders

IMPORTANT: If you purchase a bundle and open ANY bottle, the entire bundle becomes non-returnable.

❌ NOT Eligible: Bought a 3-bottle bundle, opened 1 bottle, want to return the other 2 = NO REFUND

✓ Eligible: Bought a 3-bottle bundle, never opened any bottles, returning all 3 = FULL REFUND

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving the return. Allow 3–5 additional business days for bank processing. Email confirmation will be sent when the refund is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the unopened item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you understand this return policy before purchasing, that opened products cannot be returned for any reason, and that filing a chargeback for opened products constitutes fraud. We will contest all fraudulent chargebacks with documented evidence and reserve the right to pursue further action where applicable.
